Privacy policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

EngineerMarketing is a High Caliber AI property. This policy explains how information is handled when you use engineermarketing.com, request a website scan, use the workspace, or contact us. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to highcaliberaifleet@gmail.com.

Information we process

Website scans process the URL you submit, publicly available website content, and the checks, scores and recommendations produced from that content. You can see scan results before deciding whether to give us an email address.

If you create an account or use the workspace, we process account details such as your email address, sign-in information and profile, plus the brand or personal context, goals, prompts, drafts and other content you provide. Contact and subscription forms process the details and messages you submit. Paid features use Stripe to process payment and billing information.

The site also uses technical and usage information, including browser and device details, page visits, interactions and identifiers stored in cookies or similar browser storage. PostHog provides product analytics.

Why we use information

We use information to run scans, save results and workspace content, generate drafts and recommendations, manage accounts and payments, answer requests, send requested reports and alerts, understand use of the product, and maintain the service.

When you ask to receive a scan report by email, the service records your email address and report details in HubSpot, re-scans that website weekly, and emails you when the score changes. Those alerts include a stop link. Product-update subscriptions and contact requests also use HubSpot for follow-up.

The current account workspace also syncs account and brand-profile information to HubSpot, including email, company, website and available positioning, audience and competitor context. This is separate from the post-scan email choice.

Reports and sharing

New scan reports are private by default: they are not automatically added to the public report index. A private report can be opened by its signed-in owner or with its unique access link. Anyone who has that link can view the report, so treat it as private information and share it only with people you intend to give access.

You can choose to make a report public. A public report or badge may be viewable by anyone, including search engines. Other people may keep copies of content you share or publish.

Optional connected accounts

Where a connection is available, you can choose to connect your own Google or LinkedIn account. The provider's permission screen explains the access requested. Google permissions configured for EngineerMarketing cover sending Gmail messages, working with Google Docs, and working with the specific Drive files used with the app. LinkedIn member-posting connections are intended for posting from the connected member's account.

Connections are optional and depend on the feature being available. Creating an account does not by itself grant access to Gmail, Google Docs, Drive or LinkedIn. Connection authorization is handled through the provider and Lovable's connector service. It is separate from approving a particular message or post. You can revoke a connection through the provider's account settings. Revoking it does not remove content already sent, posted or saved.

Service providers and AI processing

Information is processed by services used to operate EngineerMarketing. These include Lovable for hosting and service gateways, Supabase for account and database services, PostHog for analytics, HubSpot for CRM and follow-up, Stripe for payments, and Lovable email services or Resend for email delivery.

Website-research and content workflows may use Firecrawl to retrieve public website content, Perplexity for research, and AI models through Lovable's AI gateway, including Google Gemini. Prompts and relevant workspace or website content are sent to those services when needed for the workflow. Do not put passwords, sensitive personal records or information you are not authorized to share into a prompt or draft. AI results can be wrong and should be reviewed before use.

Provider processing is governed by the applicable service arrangements and provider policies. This policy does not promise that no third party receives information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address security, fraud or legal claims.

Our commitments

High Caliber AI does not sell personal information. We do not use connected Google-account data to train AI models. These commitments do not prevent the service-provider processing described above that is needed to operate the features you use.

Cookies and browser storage

Sign-in, product preferences and workflow state use cookies or browser storage. PostHog also uses browser identifiers for analytics. You can manage cookies and storage in your browser; blocking or clearing them may affect sign-in and saved preferences. This policy does not claim that an analytics-consent control is currently available on the site.

Your choices and requests

You can stop score-change alerts with the link in an alert email, unsubscribe from product emails using the unsubscribe link, revoke provider connections, and change a report's public status in the workspace where that control is available.

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, email highcaliberaifleet@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the account or report, but do not send your password. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Some information may need to be kept for payment, security, legal or recordkeeping reasons. The service does not publish a fixed retention period in this policy.

Processing locations and policy changes

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. This page will be updated when the service's practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
